This paperback is intended particularly for young adults and to anyone who wants to be a leader in their field; may it be on school, work or even for those who want to lead an organization. The author tackles his points like he's just talking to you as a friend. He also used superheroes as his examples so readers can easily relate to what he was trying to convey. I highly recommend this to anyone who aspires to be a future leader, especially to our youth today.
